XHS Content Generator plans are monthly subscriptions billed in USD through Creem checkout.
A subscription remains active until canceled, expires, or is otherwise ended under the applicable plan terms.

Cancellation
Customers can cancel through the product billing area or the Creem Customer Portal once live payments are enabled.
Canceling stops future renewal charges. Access may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period unless the account is suspended for policy violations.
Refund requests
Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with the account email, payment reference, plan name, and reason for the request.
Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, or service access problems. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method when supported by Creem.
